Making an Appointment

Our office is open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM and Friday from 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM, and you can reach us at 972-534-6000. We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.

We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact Dr. Guirguis provides many types of dental services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Your First Visit to Our Office

Your First Visit to Our Office

Your first dental appointment usually will consist of an examination and review of your treatment options. Usually, treatment can be done or started the same day as the consultation. However, a complex medical history or treatment plan will require an evaluation and a second appointment to provide treatment on another day.

IMPORTANT: All patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Initial Consultation

Initial Consultation

Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your consultation:
  • Any x-rays taken by a previous dentist, if applicable.
  • A list of medications you are presently taking.
  • If you have dental insurance, bring the necessary completed forms. This will save time and allow us to help you process any claims.

Please alert the office if you have a medical condition that may be of concern prior to treatment (i.e., diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, rheumatic fever, etc.) or if you are currently taking any medication (i.e., heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulant therapy, etc.)

Pain Concerns

We work to ensure our patients feel comfortable, and that includes minimizing their pain as much as possible. If you are undergoing a dental procedure, Dr. Peter Guirguis will meet with you to discuss your pain tolerance and create a plan for pain management.
